Inquiring + Floral Questionnaire
OUR PROCESS
HOW IT WORKS
The first step to securing Tularosa for your wedding is through our contact form. NEXT, you'll receive your floral questionnaire. You will want to include your wedding date, venue details, along with LOTS of inspiration. A link to your Pinterest Board is best, the more visual inspiration you provide, the more amazing designs I can dream up. Each grand design begins with a spark of inspiration.

Connection With Dawn
Once you have sent in your questionnaire, you will receive an email introduction from our Communications Manager, SHELBY. The two of you will align a date and time that works well for your initial phone connection with DAWN.

Floral Proposal
Following your connection with Dawn, your floral proposal will be prepared for you including inspiration images paired with a detailed breakdown of the cost of your floral investment. We usually need at least a week to create your custom quote so that we can design something uniquely tailored to your wedding.

Booking
Booking with us couldn't be easier! To ensure that your experience with us is seamless, all bookings are done electronically. Once you have selected and approved your proposal, you can E-sign your contract and complete your initial retainer electronically.

Tularosa Client Portal
Your Tularosa portal. The place where all invoices, design element notes, proposal, & correspondence are safely stored. Each client has 24/7 access to all your floral and design information, so you can relax knowing everything is taken care of as the planning continues and the evolution of your wedding design evolves

The final details
6 weeks before the wedding we'll check in to confirm all the fine details of the wedding and talk through any changes. At this time we'll want to know all of the choices that have been made, like bridal party fashion, linen and place settings and a basic timeline for the wedding day. This helps us to ensure that everything we have designed, fits seamlessly into your finalized wedding vision. .

You can book us for full event design, partial event design services, or floral design only.
while we don't offer planning + coordination, we work with many talented vendors and are happy to supply you with EXCELLENT referrals.
CAN WE CHANGE THE DESIGN AFTER WE BOOK
We completely understand that things change during the planning process and that DESIGN can EVOLVE. Your vision for the wedding is the most important thing to us. We will work closely with you throughout the planning process so that the final design is truly your DREAM wedding.
Do you Travel?
We love to travel! Our primary area of operations is Southern California, but we are ready, willing and able to do events around the GLOBE!
Dawn is fluent in both ITALIAN + SPANISH and has worked in over 15 countries.
