Celebrate the passion of Italy with vibrant colors
that set the tone for passion and romance. A tablescape inspired by love and connection set under the villa's rose arbors. Participate in great design, lush florals, flowing movement, and refined fashion with a designer feel. Beneath the rose loggia in the formal gardens of Villa Moscheni, you'll be sure to come away with new bts knowledge of how I design an editorial-worthy tablescape and multi-day wedding weekend with ease and grace.
PIZZA & PROSECCO WELCOME PARTY
Inspired by heraldic Renaissance motifs, saturated confectionery pastel hues of pistachio, apricot butterscotch and lilac, the wedding day will be a celebration of real love, set against a backdrop of sumptuous luxury, straight out of the pages of Italian Vogue. Learn Dawn's approach to design, color layering, sculptural movement, organic form,and logistics as you create centerpieces, bouquets, and learn her large-scale installation techniques.

Sunday, May 3 — Connection, intention and creative exercises
5–7 PM — Pizza & Prosecco Reception under the villa’s arched Loggia
A warm, relaxed welcome to Tuscany. Meet Dawn, D’Arcy, and fellow attendees as the sun sets over the olive groves.
Monday, May 4 — Foundations of Luxury Destination Floristry
10 AM — The Art of Destination Weddings with Dawn
A behind-the-scenes look at designing for multi-day luxury celebrations: sourcing abroad, creative direction, assembling remote teams, seasonal palettes, and managing destination timelines.
11 AM — Brand & Photography Insight with D’Arcy
Learn how your florals can be documented, displayed, and communicated in a way that elevates your brand. How planners, couples, and publications read visuals — and what they look for.
Afternoon — Centerpiece & Bouquet Design
Hands-on floral practice.
Learn Dawn’s method for:

• organic form
• Italian primavera palette
• centerpiece mechanics
Your work from this session will be photographed throughout the workshop.
Tuesday, May 5 — Tablescapes, Color Stories & Ceremony Groundwork
10AM - 12PM — D’Arcy’s Portfolio Photography Sessions for Florists
D’Arcy photographs you and your bouquet, centerpiece, clean, editorial, luxury images
to use for your own portfilio, website, socials and marketing
1PM- 3PM — The Art of the Tablescape - Installation of the real Pizza & Prosecco welcome event.
4PM - 6PM — Ceremony Groundwork

This day blends hands-on design with elevated visual direction.
Wednesday, May 6— Large-Scale Ceremony Installation
8 AM — The Installation Masterclass with Dawn
Learn the Tularosa approach to creating transformative, architectural ceremony florals:
• structure + stability
• scale + proportion
• color placement
• team coordination
• speed + efficiency
• on-site problem-solving
This is Dawn’s most in-demand teaching — offered here in its full, real-time form.
12 PM — Farewell Prosecco Toast with Team Tularosa
A celebratory moment as your florals transition into the live ceremony environment.
2 PM — Closing Lecture & Farewell Lunch in Lucca (Led by Local Planner)
A respected Lucca-based wedding planner will close the workshop with:
• luxury client expectations
• planner–florist collaboration
• destination vendor relationships
• best practices for working internationally
Dawn will be on-site at the wedding, overseeing production — so this session gives florists an invaluable perspective directly from the planner’s side of the industry.
The florist portion of the workshop ends after lunch.

Due to the extensive amount of upfront costs and planning, there will be no refunds or transfers. If you can sell your spot, you can transfer to another attendee. If for any reason the wedding is cancelled or cannot take place, refunds will be granted.
